Privacy Policy

The short version

• We collect no personal data. We never learn your name, email address or phone number unless you write to us.
• Your videos are processed on your iPhone only and are never uploaded.
• Leve contains no advertising or tracking software. It sends anonymous usage events (no video content, no personal data) to PostHog for analytics, which you can turn off in Settings.
• Purchases are handled by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history, not personal data.

Your photos and videos

Leve asks for access to your photo library so it can read the videos you pick and save the smaller copies. All processing happens on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. If you allow access to selected videos only, Leve sees only those.

No ads or tracking

Leve contains no advertising or tracking SDKs, and no accounts. The only third-party services are RevenueCat (see Purchases) and PostHog (see Analytics). Your photos and videos are never part of any network request.

Purchases

Leve Pro is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card or Apple ID. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to manage the purchase and tell the app whether Leve Pro is unlocked. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID it generates and your purchase history. It does not receive your name, email, videos or photos, and it is not used to track you across apps or websites. Because this involves the United States, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, on Standard Contractual Clauses, and for transfers from Türkiye on KVKK Art. 9 safeguards.

Analytics

We use PostHog, Inc. (USA), with data stored in its US cloud, to count anonymous usage events such as "onboarding completed", "compression started" or "paywall shown", so we know which parts of the app work. Each event carries only coarse values (for example the chosen size preset, or the file size as a range like "10–100 MB"), a random ID created when Leve is installed (not your Apple ID, not an advertising ID), the app and iOS version, the iPhone model, and your language and time zone. PostHog never receives your videos, photos, file names, exact sizes, capture dates, locations or any personal data; we have switched off its IP-based location lookup, session recording and person profiles, and we never identify you. It is not used for advertising or to track you across apps or websites, and the data is not linked to your identity. Transfers to the United States rely on the same safeguards as described under Purchases. You can turn this off at any time in Leve's Settings ("Share anonymous usage data").

Children

Leve collects no personal data from anyone, children included. The anonymous usage events described under Analytics cannot identify a child or anyone else.

Your rights

We hold no personal data about you. The purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are needed for billing and tax; write to support@techinn.solutions and we will pass a request on, or contact Apple directly. Under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK you may contact us with any question.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, if the change matters, say so in the app's release notes.
